Industrial agents KGA has been appointed as joint agents on the Anchor Brook Industrial Park in Aldridge.
The development, which comprises approximately 200,000 sq ft in 22 units on 15 acres, was constructed by IM Properties and has since been acquired by Hortons’ Estate which built out the last phase as a single bespoke warehouse facility for local Company Metalfin.
The scheme has been fully let for a number of years but there are now four units available which are being marketed by KGA Chartered Surveyors and Harris Lamb.
The units will be available on flexible terms, and offer very good value at rents ranging from £4.25 to £4.75 per sq ft.
