Design-and-build consultancy Kanvas has helped deliver a new ‘inspirational’ office space for the latest tenants at 45 Church Street in Birmingham.

Mazars, which had 130 staff and 13 partners based in two separate offices in Birmingham and Dudley, has now relocated the majority of its team to the 10th floor of the city centre building which is also occupied by King Sturge.

“We are delighted with the result and our decision to appoint Kanvas,” said Mazars managing partner David Chapman.

“They undertook what was a demanding and ever-changing brief in a creative, logical and professional way, regularly challenging and questioning our requirements.”

Kanvas Interiors is part of the Willmott Dixon Group and has undertaken numerous turn-key projects for other high profile office schemes including the Big Lottery Fund, Sharp, Bird & Bird and Cemex.
