King Sturge’s regional focus and team working skills have seen the return of Julian Warbrick to the fold as the Birmingham agency’s new valuation partner.

Having left to set up his own valuation team at Colliers in 2003, Julian brings back a strong residential and public sector background and he is looking forward to working closely with the King Sturge team to develop new client opportunities.

“At King Sturge, they don’t just pay lip service to team work,” said Julian. “In today’s climate it is essential that all the surveyors work hard together and draw on everyone’s skills to bring about the best results for our clients.

“From a client’s perspective we can offer top level experience across a broad range of disciplines, providing a cohesive, one-stop service with joined-up thinking that assists in pushing forward the progress of client’s projects and offering credible, market informed advice.”

With several large projects already benefiting from Julian’s experience, Rebecca Millard, head of King Sturge’s valuation department in Birmingham says: “Julian is well known in the industry and Birmingham and the experience he has gained over the past three years will provide a major boost to team.

“I believe his much welcomed return provides a strong reflection of our excellent reputation as a company for being a top employer, with King Sturge recently listed as one of the Sunday Times’ top 30 best companies to work for.”
