Property consultancy JLL has announced seven promotions within its Birmingham office including two new directors.

David Nicholls and Richard Roberts have both stepped up to director level, in the property and assessment management and residential development teams respectively.

Dan Powers, (building consultancy) Ollie Ward (valuation advisory) and Kelly Williams (corporate estate management) have been promoted to associate directors while Ravinder Bains (planning and development consultancy) and Caroline Lockley (lease advisory) are now senior surveyors.

JLL’s lead director for the Midlands Ian Cornock said: “It’s always one of the year’s highlights to reward staff for their commitment and their talent and these promotions confirm that our future is in good hands.

“It’s especially pleasing that these promotions reflect right across the breadth of our services here.

“I look forward to working with them all as they continue their careers at JLL.”
