Wolverhampton Business Park has clinched the sale of the second office building on the the 30 acre site to Bromford Housing Group, one of the UK?s most active Housing Associations.

The Midlands based housing association has purchased the freehold of Venture Court One, a 15,000 sq ft two-storey building from park developer B & R Properties.

Bromford Housing Group will occupy the building later this month. An initial 60 employees from Bromford?s North-west Midlands regional team will be located at the new headquarters.

Jonathan Rogers, director of B&R Properties, said: ?The sale of the second office building at Venture Court has completed the first stage of office development at the Park with both buildings now fully let and sold.

? We now provide office accommodation to a diverse range of companies and are well on the way to creating a thriving and successful business location.?

Nick Cummins, housing services director of Bromford Housing Group said: ?We had outgrown our existing offices and needed a high quality base that was set in a central location to the area we cover, which is the Black Country, Wolverhampton and Staffordshire.

?We began our property search and quickly identified Wolverhampton Business Park as the ideal location to meet all our needs.

?Colleagues are looking forward to moving to the new premises and continuing to deliver a first class customer focused service.?

Bromford?s North-west Midlands team is responsible for around 7000 homes. Bromford Housing Group is a group of housing organisations, owning, managing and developing rented, shared ownership and other homes.

Venture Court, the first phase of office development on the Wolverhampton site, consists of two 15,000 sq ft buildings situated at the heart of the business park.

The two two-storey buildings ? Venture Court One and Two ? which are set around a landscaped courtyard, feature flexible floorplates of nearly 7,500 sq ft.
