The flourishing south Warwickshire economy has prompted a developer to apply for permission to create the second phase of a new business village in Stratford-upon-Avon.

The opening property on the first phase of the Shottery Brook Office Park, off Timothy?s Bridge Road, has just exchanged, but Shottery Brook Developments is now hoping to create seven more units which will be available on a virtual freehold or leasehold basis.

Locally-based construction and development company Avoncroft Properties is buying a 2,395 sq ft unit while two more are in solicitors? hands.

That leaves seven units ranging in size from 1,027 sq ft to 2,395 sq ft while the second phase would also create seven units ranging from 2,060 sq ft to 3,850 sq ft.

Work on the 16,500 sq ft first phase of the development should be completed in the early summer.

Shottery Brook Office Park is being marketed by Wareing & Company. 01926
