Health sector services provider GB Partnerships has acquired a 2,686 sq ft floorspace at Topland Group’s Cobalt Square in Edgbaston.

The company has taken a 15th floor suite on a 10-year lease at £7 per sq ft.

GB Partnerships provides services to the health sector including estates management, property development and consultancy services. Since it was established in 2001, it has delivered more than £300 million worth of primary care centres.

Joint agents Colliers International and Savills acted on behalf of the landlord.  D&P Holt advised the tenant.

Matt Long, a director in the national offices team at the Birmingham office of Colliers International, said: "The landlord has significantly invested in the building with the refurbishment of the reception and common areas, which is reflected in yet another tenant signing at the scheme.”

David Acklam, development director at GB Partnerships, said: “We are pleased to have found a great re-location for our Birmingham head office. Cobalt Square is ideally suited to our needs.”

The 16-floor development Square is on the Hagley Road, close to Five Ways Island.
