Highcross is planning to expand its serviced office space at Equipoint, Birmingham, following a growth in demand, particularly for one and two-person offices.

Recent arrivals include Norwegian company, Lattix, which has chosen Equipoint, in Yardley, for its first marketing office outside Norway. The company specialises in passively safe aluminium traffic masts and gantries.

A three-person office at Equipoint has been taken by the National Fostering Agency, for its Midlands regional office. Dean Temple of the NFA said the serviced offices were ideal for their requirements: “We were attracted by the well laid-out office space and friendly service. We also needed meeting room facilities for our regular meetings with our home workers who are based across the region.”

Other new arrivals include Alpha & Omega Employment Services and the Residential Management Group.

Equipoint is located on the Coventry Road (A45) junction with the Birmingham outer ring road, with easy access to Junction 6 of the M42 and convenient public transport links. Agents for Equipoint are KWB, Birmingham.
