The Birmingham office of property consultancy Colliers International has won the brief to market the city's largest multi-let industrial estate.

Brindleyplace-based Colliers is acting on behalf of Standard Life Investments to find tenants for Gravelly Industrial Park which is close to Spaghetti Junction.

The park comprises 78 units totalling 1.1 million sq ft on a site of 80 acres and current tenants include Carlsberg, Continental and Bunzl.

Colliers International has been instructed to market the estate's vacant units which go up to 30,000 sq ft.

Peter Monks, associate director in Colliers' industrial and logistics team, said: "Gravelly Industrial Park is a fantastic example of an established, large scale multi-let industrial scheme which offers occupiers a breadth of refurbished units to satisfy a range of requirements.

"Its location means Gravelly can tap into a large labour pool, all within a 30-minute drive of the estate."

Colliers International will market the scheme jointly with Birmingham-based consultancy GBR Phoenix Beard.
