Property consultancy Colliers International has been appointed as joint letting agency at Eleven Brindleyplace in Birmingham.
The firm, which recently unveiled its new head of office for Birmingham, has won the brief from Cube Real Estate, the asset manager for the building.
Eleven Brindleyplace, which is also Colliers International's home in the city, counts Global Radio and Capita among its tenants and in 2010 was crowned building of the year by the British Council for Offices.
Matt Long, director of national offices for Colliers International in Birmingham, said: "We understand the benefits of Eleven Brindleyplace as a prime business destination for Birmingham, not least because we have chosen the building as the base for our Midlands office."
GBR Phoenix Beard is joint agents with Colliers International.
