A travel management company has become the latest occupier at Alpha Tower in Birmingham city centre.

Click Travel has moved to the Catalyst Capital-owned building on Suffolk Street Queensway in a deal done by Savills.

The company has signed a new five-year lease on 1,348 sq ft (125 sq m), which forms part of the 10th-floor suite.

Jonathan Ottewell, associate at Savills, said: “The specification and high quality of the refurbished space, together with the competitive structure of the deal, made Alpha Tower an ideal option for Click Travel.”

Simon McLean, Click Travel managing director, added: “The past 18 months have been extremely busy for Click Travel. The Alpha Tower will be our new HQ and we’re very excited about the pending move.”

Savills and Knight Frank acted for Catalyst Capital.
