Property group Calthorpe Estates has appointed Space Retail Property Consultants as part of its ongoing redevelopment project in Edgbaston called The Village.
The Leicestershire-based agency has been charged with finding a mix of high-quality, independent boutique retailers and specialist food and beverage operators to the new estate.
The Village is a mixed-use commercial and residential scheme centred around Greenfield Crescent between Calthorpe Road and Harborne Road in Edgbaston.

The Space team for The Village is headed up by managing director Peter Leverett and director Martin Herbert, with support from surveyor Naomi Ellwood.
