CALA Finance, the residential funding arm of residential and commercial property developer CALA Group, is to fully fund two adjacent residential developments with a value of £6 million in one of the most sought after locations in the Cotswolds.
The Birmingham office of CALA Finance is backing Stratford-upon-Avon residential developer Paramount Property Group in two new housing schemes in Moreton-in-Marsh in Gloucestershire.
Paramount is building 16 two, three and four-bedroom houses on the site of three detached properties in Todenham Road, close to the High Street in Moreton-in-Marsh.
CALA Finance finance the development for a share of profits.
The company provides flexible up to 100 per cent funding for residential and mixed use schemes for all types and sizes of housebuilders from first time and smaller developers to some of the region’s best known housebuilding companies. It funds residential schemes with an end development value ranging from £1.5 million to £20 million.
CALA Finance also provides advice and guidance on land acquisition, planning, costing and construction, and sales and marketing for new developments.
