Specialist Pakistani fashion retailer Khaadi is making its first foray outside London with a store at the Bullring.

Khaadi, which means “hand-woven”, produces a fusion of styles to complement both the east and west, while still using hand-woven fabrics on select products.

It has agreed a new 10-year lease on 1,630 sq ft of space at the Bullring, which last year spoke of expansion plans .

Khaadi currently only has stores in Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City but is expanding to Birmingham, as well as Westfield’s The Broadway development in Bradford.

Lloyd Entwistle, associate director of retail at Savills, which represented the retailer, said: “As part of Khaadi’s expansion plan it was important to secure space in key UK locations that benefit from high footfall and large catchment areas. The Bullring has been proven as a first class retail location in the Midlands, whilst The Broadway Westfield development in Bradford is set to be a superb new shopping destination for Yorkshire.”

After the brand’s first foray outside of London, it is now planning a further five regional locations in 2015.
