Mucklow Group plc has announced the letting of Unit 1 Tachbrook Link at Tachbrook Park, Leamington Spa, to Bravissimo.
The lingerie, swimwear and clothing retailer has recently doubled its sales turnover which has led to the requirement for the additional warehouse space.
Unit 1 comprises 25,000 sq ft of high quality warehouse and office accommodation and will provide valuable space for the expanding number of styles stocked by Bravissimo.
Steve Murphy, development director of A&J Mucklow comments: ?We are delighted that due to Bravissimo?s success they are expanding into Unit 1 at Tachbrook Link.

Speaking about the move, customer operations manager, Kerry Booth said: ?It just shows how much the company has grown in the last two years.?
Bravissimo will be vacating Unit 6 on Tachbrook Link which comprises 11,618 sq ft of accommodation and is now available to let on a new lease.
