A Birmingham property agency has promoted its third female associate partner in 12 months.
Jo Bennett has been made associate partner at CPBigwood on the tenth anniversary of her joining the firm in March 2003.
Having arrived as an accounts manager, five years later she was made head of training and compliance.
Her primary role is to ensure that all staff are fully conversant and trained in property management systems and technologies.
She has been 23 years in the property management sector having joined from GVA.
“I have very much enjoyed my time at CPBigwood and I am thrilled at this further recognition,” Ms Bennett said.
“CPBigwood is going from strength to strength and it is great to be part of it.”
Managing partner Nigel Curry added: “This is well deserved” Jo is highly valued and plays a vital role.”
Ms Bennett follows Perm Daley, a member of the auction team, and Louise Kean, head of residential lettings, in gaining associate partner status.
