Coleshill clothing firm Incorporatewear Ltd, has successfully won the tender to provide corporate clothing to 500 staff across Coventry Building Society’s branch network.

Coventry is the UK’s third largest building society with over one million members. Its branches, spanning from Sheffield to Oxford, are currently undergoing an extensive refurbishment programme and the corporate clothing contract was put out to tender last year.

Julie Parsons, sales project support manager for Coventry Building Society, said: “The collective style of the proposed wardrobe is exceptionally smart but approachable, and reflects our style of customer service.”

The bespoke Coventry Building Society wardrobe features a British-made dark navy suiting fabric with a tan pinstripe, which picks up on the colour palette used in the Coventry’s branch design.

Peach and petrol blue shirts, blouses and tops are also included and accessories such as ties, scarves and cufflinks complete the look. The collection, to be worn by 500 male and female customer-facing staff, will be rolled out in the third quarter of 2010.

Brian Lamb, director of Incorporatewear, said: “It’s important for staff to look confident and feel comfortable in their everyday roles, so we introduced waistcoats for advisory staff, to give them a professional look, and knitwear, for staff in the branches, to give them a smart yet versatile option to a jacket.”

Incorporatewear supplies bespoke clothing to major names as diverse as Barclays, Nationwide Building Society, HSBC, Jewsons, East London Bus, South West Trains, Premier Inn, Balfour Beatty and Matalan.
