Chase Partnership Homes, the affordable housing division of Chase Midland, has won a contract from Midland Heart to build a #7 million affordable housing scheme in Northfield, Birmingham.

The design and build scheme will provide 64 residential units with communal facilities for the elderly and visually impaired.

The project is due to start on site within the next couple of weeks.

It will take 77 weeks to complete with all building works being carried out by Chase's construction division, Chase Norton Construction.

Charlotte Riley, project manager, Midland Heart, said: "The development brings both a much needed housing scheme to the area and will also help to trigger the regeneration of Chatham Road."
