The new owners of the latest phase of development at Catesby Park, Kings Norton, Birmingham, have relaunched the development and are seeking occupiers for the remaining units which provide 18,000 sq ft to 24,000 sq ft in self-contained detached buildings.

NAI Fuller Peiser and King Sturge, who are acting on behalf of the owners, said that demand in the south Birmingham area for industrial premises remains strong.

Stephen Rowan, of NAI Fuller Peiser, said: "There has always been a relative shortage of supply in the area south of Birmingham to the M42 and with little new building having been undertaken, Catesby Park offers an excellent opportunity for occupiers to acquire modern, good quality space. The owners have reacted to the current market trends and are offering the premises on shorter term leases at the quoting rental of £5.75 per sq ft."
