Supportive firm Carlsberg has passed another milestone in its efforts to raise funds for the John Taylor Hospice in Erdington.
A cheque for £1,599 was handed over by employees Kathy Caldwell and Carol Downing at the Hospice, taking the total to more than £2,500.
The local link is part of a national partnership between Carlsberg and Help the Hospices - a national organisation that supports the hospice movement.
In July, employees are organising a fun day for their families that aims to raise further funds for the hospice.
They will also have more than 20 runners taking part in the Great Midlands Fun Run on June 1 when it begins in Sutton Parade.
