Bloor Homes and CALA Homes have presented a cheque for £20,000 towards the development of a new skate park facility in Moreton-in-Marsh.
The two housing developers handed over the donation to coun Rod Hooper, chairman of Moreton-in-Marsh Town Council, at their new Moreton Park residential development, where they are building 300 new homes.
The money will be put towards a skate bowl which the town council intends to install at the Fields in Trust National Playing Fields Site on London Road, to provide facilities for skateboarders, bladers and mini scooter users, close to Moreton Park.
