Birmingham-based housebuilder Cala Homes claims it has launched one of the most user friendly and comprehensive websites in the new homes market.
Cala says the website - www.calahomes.co.uk - is designed to be easier to navigate, and makes searching for new homes quicker and simpler than other new homes websites.
Its comprehensive search facility allows users to find and view key details of new homes which match their individual criteria in only three mouse clicks.
The new website majors on Cala's products, providing a level of detail on developments and individual properties
which it believes is unmatched by competitors. Users can also create their own 'Cala Portfolio' which provides recommendations about locations and plots and allows them to save details of properties and developments to review later or to share with others by email.
Drawing on expertise from both within Cala and from external consultants, the new website also allows users to go straight to individual developments and find out about the company's forthcoming projects.
"Our new website provides in-depth information about our products and locations easily, speedily and in a logical manner.
"As such, we believe that it is the most user friendly and useful website in the new homes industry," said Darren Humphreys, managing director of Cala Homes (Midlands).
Following the introduction in October of new corporate branding, underlining Cala Homes' commitment to design, quality, care and attention to detail, the new website makes use of the new corporate design. "The new website is a vital part of our new branding and communications campaign which will help to further differentiate us as a quality house-builder," added Mr Humphreys.
"Our new website is now at the fore-front of functionality and usability. Everything is quicker, slicker and easier to use and we aim to keep it that way to remain a leader in the new homes market," said Steve Rush, area sales and marketing director of Cala Homes (Midlands).
"The new functions will help improve both our marketing and customer service efforts."
Cala Homes is marketing a number of new developments across the Midlands.
Large family houses are for sale at St Bernards Lawns in Solihull, at Mansions II in Four Oaks, at The Paddocks in Balsall Common, at Church Walk in Chasetown, at Broughton Gate in Milton Keynes and at Reeds Wood Place in Walsall.
