The region’s sporting stars shone brightly at the ninth annual Coventry, Solihull and Warwickshire Sports Awards ceremony held at St John’s Hotel on Warwick Road in Solihull.
The awards, which are organised by Coventry University and supported by regional partners, celebrate those who have made a tremendous contribution to sport.
Fifteen awards were handed out on the night with England Under-20 Rugby World Cup-winning forward Tom Price taking the Sportsman of the Year gong while Leamington endurance athlete Sue Harrison took the Sportswoman of the Year prize.
