The Lord Mayor’s Charity Gala Ball, in aid of the Lord Mayor’s nominated charities was held at Birmingham Council House. Coun John Lines, Lord Mayor of Birmingham, welcomed more than 130 guests and supporters of the event and thanked them for their kind support.
This year’s charities were Guide Dogs For The Blind, The Salvation Army, William Booth Centre, Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association (SSAFA) Forces Help, and Acorns Childrens Hospice – Birmingham.
Guests enjoyed a fine evening of food and wine followed by the auction, and dancing and together with the sponsors of the event, helped raise much needed funds for the charities.
