More than 50 property professionals from the West Midlands attended the launch of Lambert Smith Hampton’s (LSH) annual National Office Market Report.
The report predicts that demand for national office space is set to return to its highest level since 2000, with Birmingham being one of the main beneficiaries of the growth.
The breakfast seminar, held at LSH’s Birmingham office, reviewed national and regional office market activity, assessed the latest trends and highlighted predictions for the year ahead.
