The Investment Property Forum (IPF) hosted its annual Midlands lunch for the region’s property professionals.

More than 400 people attended the event, which is one of the largest lunches in the property industry events calendar, at the International Convention Centre.

Guest speaker Francis Salway, former chief executive of Land Securities, was on hand to give his insight into the property sector. Mr Salway shared his views on the outlook for the retail and residential property markets, as well as addressing the need for regional cities like Birmingham to adopt a more global reach.

The lunch was sponsored by Barclays, DLA Piper and Lloyds Bank.
