St Andrews Town Hotel in Droitwich hosted a celebration dinner which showcased the best of the area’s food producers and suppliers.

One of the headline events at this year’s Droitwich Spa Summer Festival, almost 100 guests attended the evening to sample locally-brewed beers, meats and a variety of vegetables and cheeses put together in a menu by the hotel’s new head chef, Nathan Eades .

Special guests at the dinner included festival organiser Patrick Davis and renowned Birmingham chef David Colcombe .

Aidan Stevens, owner of St Andrews Town Hotel, said: “We have so many stand-out food producers around Worcestershire that we need a fortnight-long festival to even begin to scratch the surface of their talent. It was therefore the perfect time to showcase some of the area’s unsung heroes, their talent and their produce. It was a fantastic event and we hope to host something even bigger next year.”
