Business advisory firm Deloitte, in conjunction with leading executive search firm Odgers Berndtson, held its annual board dinner at Stoneleigh Abbey.
More than 100 people attended the event, where guest speaker Nigel Stein, Group Chief Executive of GKN plc, provided an insight into how a traditional UK manufacturer can transform itself into a multinational business and the challenges GKN and other UK businesses have faced in increasingly global markets.
Following his address, Nigel responded to questions from the floor which was chaired by Rt Hon Baroness Virginia Bottomley of Odgers Berndston.
