Stars of stage, screen and the sporting world partied until the small hours at The Laurent Perrier Champagne Bar at Marco Pierre White’s Steakhouse Bar and Grill at The Cube on Saturday following the fantastic “sellebrity” football game at Birmingham City’s St Andrew’s stadium.

Celebrities such as boxer Joe Calzaghe, The Only Way is Essex star James ‘Arg’ Argent and Birmingham’s own superstar chef Glynn Purnell mingled with sponsors and special guests after the event which raised thousands for Help Harry Help Others, a Birmingham charity created by inspirational young Brummie Harry Moseley to help others campaign to fight brain tumours and support the families of those affected.

The teams, captained by Calzaghe and ‘Arg’, started their day at a photocall at the Hampton by Hilton hotel on Broad St where the players were chatting and posing with fans before making their way to St Andrews Football Stadium, home of Birmingham City FC, who had donated the use of their stadium and facilities to the charity after becoming one of the official charity partners.
