Chartered surveyors Bulleys has reported a big up-take of new units under construction at phase 3 of Calibre Industrial Park at Four Ashes, near Cannock - even though building only started in June and they will not be complete until early spring 2006.
Units 26-29 totalling 7,962 sq ft have been pre-sold to Broxwood Associates for a total price equating to approximately £80 per sq ft. The company repairs and maintains commercial vehicles including buses and coaches.
Five other units totalling 14,103 sq ft have been pre-sold to a local investment company at a total freehold price of £900,000. These units are now available to let individually or in various combinations from 2,162 sq ft with private yard facilities available to some.
Two units of 3,142 sq ft are under offer with strong interest in the remaining two units, each of 3,142 sq ft and capable of combined or separate occupation at a quoted purchase price of £210,000 per unit.
