A trio of Midland businesses - run by two brothers - have celebrated their 50th anniversary with a move to new premises.

Superite Tools, which makes plastic injection mould tools and die-casting tools, Accident and Repair Centre and Collins Group International are all owned by Mike and Martin Collins.

The three firms, which were based a mile apart in Aldridge, have now consolidated their location at Vigo Place Industrial Estate.

The move, which was aided by Walsall law firm Enoch Evans, will generate five more jobs at the company which employ 55 people in total.

Enoch Evans's managing partner David Roberts said: "The Collins brothers deserve tremendous congratulations for what they have achieved.

"It has been an interesting project and one that I've been working on with them for over a year now.

"They had a busy accident and repair business situated in front of a school on a residential road, and their relocation is good news for everyone involved."

The move could also create new jobs as well as keeping the company based in the Walsall area.
