Brewin Dolphin has announced key appointments to bolster its operation in Birmingham.

Steve Banham arrives from Lloyds Bank Mayfair in Birmingham, part of the high net worth division of Lloyds Private Bank.

Mr Banham will be moving to Brewin Dolphin’s city centre office where he will bring more than10 years of experience of investment management for private investors.

He will be joining Brewin Dolphin on July 2 with his assistant Amanda Marklew. His colleague, Mike Duffy, a financial planning professional, has already arrived at Brewin’s Birmingham offices in Colmore Row.

Between them, the team will bring the total head count to 53 at Brewin Dolphin in Birmingham.

The Brewin Dolphin Group manages more than £25 billion of funds for over 130,000 private clients and of this £17.3 billion is on a discretionary basis.

Brewin Dolphin has 41 offices throughout the UK and the Channel Islands.
