Haslimann Taylor is celebrating after scooping an honour for its work with Thwaites Brewery.

The Birmingham PR consultancy won silver in the "Spons orship" category at the national Public Relations Consultants Association Frontline Awards for the account which involved cricket ace Andrew "Freddie" Flintoff.

The campaign aimed to engage consumers and raise brand awareness of Lancaster Bomber Ale and achieved widespread coverage in the media, as well as interviews on BBC Radio 5 Live.

Haslmann's team comprised senior account executives Denver Coulson and John Stevenson, under the guidance of account director Dan Clifford.

The awards are run by the public relations consultants association and are designed to showcase the best work and talent from public relations consultancies around the UK. ..SUPL:
