More than 100 Cadbury and Kraft Foods employees played their part in raising money for homeless charity Betel of Britain by taking part in a football tournament at Cadbury’s home in Bournville.

The football tournament took part during Kraft Food’s Delicious Difference Week, which brought together employees from Cadbury and Kraft Foods for a week of employee volunteering.

Colleagues across the UK, from sites including Bournville, Chirk, Sheffield and Uxbridge joined together with Kraft Foods colleagues from Banbury.

Michael Huggins, Community Champion at Cadbury’s Bournville site, said: “Employees at Cadbury and Kraft Foods are always quick off the mark when volunteering in the local community and it was great to see sites from across the UK come together to raise money for such an important cause.”

The tournament raised more than £2,000, with all proceeds going to homeless charity Betel of Britain.
