If you go down to the woods today, you better go wearing ties.

That's because Midlands business travel specialists Book-o-Tel have invaded Worcester Woods Country Park to hold their charity strategy meeting.

The firm is taking part in National Meetings Week which recognises the £10 billion-a-year contribution that meetings make to the economy.

With this year's theme focusing on green issues, Book-o-Tel chose to brave the elements and host their get-together in Nunnery Wood using recycled pens, pencils and paper.

Managing director Simon Scott said: "Everyone talks about being more environmentally friendly but generally we all mean at home or in the office, well why not at meetings?"
