Golfers from the West Midlands business community turned up at Blackwell Golf Club for the annual Birmingham Post pairs competition.
The event was sponsored by Bournville College with the first prize of two return tickets to New York being donated by United Airlines .
After a tough day on the golf course in beautiful conditions the eventual winners were Martin Quinney and George Hicks from Smart 1 Services.
