Staffing specialists Permanent Fixtures have opened a new Birmingham branch on the back of the city's buoyant job market.

The company specialising in high level office support, technical and call centre staff says business confidence is at an all time high in Birmingham and permanent jobs are at the top of company agendas.

Managing director, Rickie Josen, who started her recruitment career in Birmingham, said: "Our research indicates that the

business outlook is very positive and businesses are now keen to plan for the longer term, taking on permanent staff to help them grow. " Although all types of business are reporting better prospects the service sector is seeing particularly strong growth and as a result permanent jobs are much higher on the agenda than they were a few months ago.

Permanent Fixtures isn't a typical recruitment organisation. "We aim to be the Harrods of the industry, providing a traditional and personal service using the latest technology with service, quality and excellence as our company trademarks.

"I'm confident that we will quickly make our mark with companies looking for a positive and professional alternative which can add real value to their business."
