Business could be booming for a Midlands-based bike firm after its cycles appeared on the television programme Big Brother.
Contestants in the Big Brother house were seen riding three specially converted Saracen cycles as one of their tasks - and within 24 hours Saracen's web site took 1,600 hits.
Paul Stanforth, managing director of the firm, based on Heathcote Industrial Estate in Warwick, said the response had been amazing.
"We usually get about 600 hits a day on our web site but this rocketed to 1,600 within the first 24 hours of last Wednesday night's show.
"Also, as a direct result of being on the programme, we've had an inquiry about our bikes from another television show."
