Marketing recruitment agency Blue Skies has won a major contract to handle all staffing requirements for Big Communications.
Blue Skies - which has its Midlands office in Stratford - has worked with Big for more than four years recruiting staff for its design, copywriting, advertising and marketing activities.
The agreement will see Blue Skies concentrating on finding new talent to meet the development programme of the Leicester-based agency which currently bills over £30 million a year.
Key to the appointment was Blue Skies' ability to source candidates through its national network of offices in the Midlands, London and Manchester, a spokesman said.
Rob Markwell, business development manager, added: "Birmingham and the Midlands is a thriving centre for creative work and with more and more agencies winning major accounts there is now a higher level of expectations placed on staff."
Big Communications has on its books blue chip clients including Alliance and Leicester, Jewson and WKD. Mark Firth, creative director, said confident the partnership would help enable the business to remain at the forefront of the industry,
