Drivers Jonas' Birmingham office has helped relocate KBC Bank from Brindleyplace to offices on the fourth floor of Waterloo House.
KBC, a top 20 EU bank, focuses on the mid-cap market and has significantly enhanced its regional presence over the last 18 months.
It now has a network of four offices based in Birmingham, Leeds, Manchester and London.
KBC has taken 2,176 sq ft on a new 10-year lease incorporating a break at the fifth year with an initial rent of £23 psf.
The transaction included an undisclosed market incentive by way of a rent free period.
Andy Povey, corporate branch manager at KBC said: "We are delighted with our new accommodation at Waterloo House which gives us a good profile in the city and will be the perfect base to assist us in continuing to increase our deal flow throughout the Midlands."
Drivers Jonas also provided building surveying advice on the acquisition, while DTZ advised the landlord.
