Regional development agency Advantage West Midlands is showcasing the major investment site at Ansty at the world's leading property forum in France this week.
Leading public and private sector partners from across the region will be joining the Advantage West Midlands stand at the MIPIM conference in Cannes, which attracts around 16,000 key players from real estate and property from around the world.
One of the biggest and most impressive projects showcased in France will be the 100-acre Ansty site off junction two of the M6 in Coventry.
The site had been planned for a development by Marconi, but is now once again being proactively marketed on a global stage as a major investment opportunity.
Mark Abrams, Advantage West Midlands director for Coventry and Warwickshire, said: "Ansty has unbeatable transport links and, being so close to Coventry, is near some of the best high technology networks to be found anywhere in the country."
AWM chief executive John Edwards said: "The West Midlands has seen some of the best physical regeneration projects in recent years and we will be pushing for the very highest standards of design."
