Birmingham-based Coleman & Company are riding high after scooping a brace of awards at the World Demolition Summit 2011 in Amsterdam.
The demolition specialists received the Summit’s most prestigious award, Contract of the Year, for their work on Phase One of Birmingham’s New Street Station redevelopment.
The firm also won a Civil Demolition award for their work on the A404 Railway Bridge in Maidenhead.
The Midland firm also received a ‘Special Commendation’ for the Explosive Demolition Award for their work at Octavia Court, Greenock, Scotland.
Shortlisted projects were completed in the UK, Continental Europe, North and South America.
