Birmingham-based property consultancy Atisreal has bolstered its teams with the appointment of three key individuals from Chesterton.

Carole Taylor has been appointed as director and regional head of industrial agency, Tim Ford as an associate director in its lease advisory team, and Lee Heywood as a senior surveyor in the company's agency team.

Atisreal moved quickly to secure the appointment of the trio when Chesterton's Birmingham office closed in early March.

Carole was formerly the director in charge of Chesterton's Birmingham office, and will now be responsible for developing Atisreal's industrial work in the Midlands. As well as expanding Atisreal's role in the Midlands market, she will be working alongside the company's other industrial teams throughout the UK.

Also joining the office is Tim Ford, who joins after 14 years at Chesterton. He will be working alongside associate director Rob

Pearce and will initially be working with clients HSBC, as well as developing new business.

Lee Heywood also joins from Chesterton, and will be working in Atisreal's

agency team, alongside both Carole Taylor and regional head of office agency Ann Pedrick-Moyle.

Simon Russell, head of Atisreal's Birmingham office, said: "Carole, Tim and Lee have strong reputations in their respective markets, and we are delighted that they are joining the office.

"They join us at a very exciting time for the company, and I am confident they can help us meet our ambition to continue the growth of our Birmingham office has enjoyed throughout the past five years."

Meanwhile, project and cost management consultants Faithful & Gould have recruited three building surveyors from the former Chesterton office in Birmingham.

Christopher Cuthbert, who was director of building and development services at Chesterton in Birmingham, joins Faithful & Gould's Birmingham office as associate director. Chesterton surveyors Ian Haddrill and Matthew Homer have also joined.

Bernie Mitchell, head of building and surveying at Faithful & Gould in Birmingham, said: " Christopher and his colleagues are important additions to our team and we are delighted to have attracted them ahead of competitors in the city. They bring fresh strengths and will enhance our capabilities in the market."
