Walsall-based accountant Horwath Clark Whitehill has expanded its practice with the appointment of three former BDO Stoy Hayward employees.
Richard Hunt joins as an audit manager. He will manage a portfolio of medium-sized clients and will be actively involved in the day-to-day running of the audit department.
Nikki Watton and Helen Guyler become payroll administrators.
They will look after a number of local and national clients and will be responsible for keeping them updated with the latest payroll legislation.
Mr Hunt, age 41, said: "Following the closure of BDO Stoy Hayward's offices in the area I decided that I wanted to remain working in the Black Country for a UK top 20 firm and am delighted to join Horwath Clark Whitehill."
Johnathan Dudley, Walsall managing partner at HCW, said: "As our business has increased we are now expanding our talented team to ensure that we continue to provide excellent service."
