Willmott Dixon Partnerships in Birmingham is backing the Lord Mayor’s charity of the year with a donation of £1,000 to the Royal British Legion.
The company that repairs and maintains 60,000 properties in the city for the council made the donation to the charity’s annual Poppy Appeal.
Since 1921 the nation has expressed its support for The Royal British Legion’s work caring for ex-service people through the Poppy Appeal and this year it’s the charity of the year for The Lord Mayor of Birmingham, councillor Anita Ward.
