Businesses from across the West Midlands showed their support and helped leading health and wellbeing charity, The Kaleidoscope Plus Group, raise a staggering £23,000 at its inaugural World Mental Health Charity Gala Ball.

The West Midlands-based charity, which offers a wide range of community services and mental health training across the Midlands, was ecstatic to generate the much-needed cash which will be used to support its thousands of service users.

Celebrities, partners, charity supporters, staff and service users were treated to an evening of fine dining and world class entertainment from critically acclaimed comedian and ventriloquist Nina Conti.

The evening also featured a silent auction and prize draw, which helped to bring in thousands of pounds, before Midlands-based three-piece folk-pop group Waiting for Susan brought proceedings to an end.
