The Office for National Statistics has created a video to show 170 years of industrial change across England and Wales.
It shows the decline of the agriculture and manufacturing sectors and how developments in technology and other social factors have changed the way we work and the type of work we do.
The report, which draws on data from censuses since 1841, shows that much of this change has been in the last 100 years.
The statistics up to 2011 show that the services industry now dominates where we work.
