The West End hit Thriller - Live, which celebrates the music and career of Michael Jackson and the Jackson 5, opens at Birmingham Hippodrome next month.
Thriller - Live blends video footage and effects together with dazzling choreography, with the female lead performed by Birmingham-born Hayley Evetts, who played the role in the show at the Alexandra Theatre in 2009.
Best known for her time on ITV’s Popstars and Pop Idol, Hayley has since toured as Sandy in Grease the Musical.
The concept of Thriller - Live began with Adrian Grant whose association with Michael Jackson spanned over 20 years. After creating the first ever Michael Jackson fanzine, Off The Wall, Adrian was invited to Neverland Valley where he became the first person to write a feature story about Jackson's retreat. The article was published in Smash Hits.
