Further details have been announced by Telford & Wrekin Council about the phased opening of the £250 million Southwater development in Telford town centre.
Work on the buildings is set to be finished with the first buildings set to be open in April and May, which will include a Premier Inn and car parking facilities.
The Southwater One development will be the next to open its doors to the public, which will house a new library, the council’s town centre first point contact centre, café and a restaurant. This is expected to be open in July.
