Midlands law firm Lodders has made three associate promotions at its Warwickshire office.

The firm's newest associates are Amrit Samra, who originally joined Lodders as a trainee, Rebecca Bradley and Rachel Philips who joined the residential property team last year.

Ms Samra completed her training at Lodders in 2012 and specialises in both property and general commercial litigation as part of the dispute resolution team that is led by partner Jane Senior.

Ms Bradley joined Lodders as a secretary in 2000 and became a fee earner in 2002.

She deals with the administration of mainly large and often complex estates that are the speciality of the firm's private client team.

Making up the promotions in Stratford is licensed conveyancer Rachel Phillips who moved to the residential property team in 2015.

Senior partner Martin Green said: "All three promotions are in recognition of a great deal of hard work and an important contribution to the success of Amrit's, Rebecca's and Rachel's respective teams.

"Throughout its history, Lodders has been committed to providing a supportive environment for all its people, especially its trainees and newly qualified solicitors, and pro-actively encourages its people.

"Amrit and Rebecca are the latest in a string of home-grown team members who have achieved promotion and Rachel is evidence that ambitious additions to the firm will also be rewarded for their hard work and commitment."
